Job Description

Chase and Holland is seeking a skilled Interim Credit Controller to join our finance team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our credit control process and ensuring the smooth operation of our accounts.

Responsibilities:
  • Chase overdue debt to maximize cash collection and negotiate payment plans
  • Manage a portfolio of live accounts, including reconciliations and credit checks
  • Raise credit notes and send statements to customers
  • Set up new customer accounts, including credit checks and agreement of credit terms
  • Process direct debt payments
  • Assist the credit control manager and colleagues with ad-hoc projects and queries
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Proficiency in IT, including Excel
  • Organizational skills, with a passion for making a real difference to the business
