Interim Credit Controller Position

Chase and Holland Recruitment Ltd is seeking a skilled Part Time Credit Controller to join our client's busy finance team in Gainsborough. This is an initial minimum 3-4 month contract with the potential for longer term for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:- Chase overdue debt on phone and email to maximise cash collection and agree payment plans
- Manage a number of live accounts, including reconciling accounts
- Raise credit notes and send out statements
- Set up new customer accounts, including credit checking and agreeing credit terms
- Process direct debt payments
- Assist the credit control manager and colleagues with ad-hoc projects and queries
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Must be IT literate, including in Excel
- Organised, hardworking, and passionate about making a real difference to the business
- 25 days holiday plus birthday off and bank holidays
- Experience within a well-established business
- Opportunity for permanent role for someone who proves themselves
- Ability to do PT hours over 5 days to fit in with school hours or family commitments
