Part Time Credit Controller Opportunity

Chase & Holland is seeking a skilled Part Time Credit Controller to join our client's busy finance team in Gainsborough. This is an initial minimum 3-4 month contract with the potential for longer term for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Chase overdue debt on phone and email to maximise cash collection and agree payment plans
  • Manage a number of live accounts, including reconciling accounts
  • Raise credit notes and send out statements
  • Set up new customer accounts, including credit checking and agreeing credit terms
  • Process direct debt payments
  • Assist the credit control manager and colleagues with ad-hoc projects and queries
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Must be IT literate, including in Excel
  • Organised, hardworking, and passionate about making a real difference to the business
