Key Responsibilities:- Chase overdue debt and maximise cash collection through effective communication with customers.
- Manage a portfolio of live accounts, including reconciliations and credit checking.
- Raise credit notes and send statements to customers.
- Set up new customer accounts and agree credit terms.
- Process direct debt payments and assist with ad-hoc projects.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in IT, including Excel.
- Organisation, hard work, and a passion for making a difference.
