Advertising Account Director

As a key member of the Workshop Recruitment team, we are seeking an experienced Advertising Account Director to join our dynamic sales team. This exciting opportunity will see you working closely with our trade partners to drive business growth and develop strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage your own diary to schedule appointments with trade partners, negotiating trade discounts and supporting showroom design and sales samples.
- Train trade partner employees on the use and functionality of their unique online ordering portal, and educate them on key USPs to articulate to end consumers.
- Assist trade partners in growing their business, which in turn will drive sales growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with trade partners, providing exceptional customer service and support.
Requirements
- Experience in home furnishings or transferable skills into this industry.
- Excellent product training and induction, with the ability to absorb and retain product information.
- Highly motivated and able to multi-task, handling quotes, training customers, supporting projects, and attending meetings.
- Consultative selling experience, B2B or B2C, with excellent rapport building skills.
- Well-organised, confident, and possessing good presentation skills.
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal, with integrity.
