Administrative Coordinator

Administrative Support Role
This position is responsible for providing administrative support to all AEIL teams and collaborating on assigned tasks.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing daily administrative tasks, such as filtering and distributing internal and external emails and correspondence
- Preparing expenses, making reservations, and supporting the organization of internal and external meetings
- Providing clerical assistance to senior managers, including travel and accommodation arrangements
- Preparing business travel claims and expense reports
- Assisting with presentations and reports preparations
Requirements
- Secondary school education as a minimum
- Relevant knowledge and experience in Assistants roles and administration duties
- Travel Management experience is an advantage
- Proficiency in English
- Strong organizational skills and good PC knowledge
- Minimum 3 years' experience in an international company
