Administrative Support Role

This position is responsible for providing administrative support to all AEIL teams and collaborating on assigned tasks.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing daily administrative tasks, such as filtering and distributing internal and external emails and correspondence
  • Preparing expenses, making reservations, and supporting the organization of internal and external meetings
  • Providing clerical assistance to senior managers, including travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Preparing business travel claims and expense reports
  • Assisting with presentations and reports preparations

Requirements

  • Secondary school education as a minimum
  • Relevant knowledge and experience in Assistants roles and administration duties
  • Travel Management experience is an advantage
  • Proficiency in English
  • Strong organizational skills and good PC knowledge
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in an international company
