About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Meetings and Events Coordinator to join our team at RSC. As a Meetings and Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and executing internal events from start to finish, including choosing venues, organizing formats, and evaluating success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate internal events, including meetings, conferences, and social events
  • Source and book venues, catering, and other event-related services
  • Manage event budgets and ensure events are delivered within budget
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure events meet their needs and expectations
  • Provide administrative support to the Executive Support Team, including diary management and travel arrangements

Requirements

  • Proven experience in event planning and coordination
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in MS Office and travel management software
