Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Conference & Events Planning Executive to join our team at the Hilton Woking hotel in Surrey, UK.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and coordinate conferences, events, and meetings for up to 500 guests, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, building strong relationships to secure repeat business.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales and Operations, to ensure effective communication and delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
- Update event details and communicate with clients on a daily basis, anticipating their needs and resolving any queries promptly.
- Participate in hotel show rounds and client meetings to promote our services and build relationships.
- Excellent organizational and administration skills, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Positive attitude, good communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high levels of customer service.
- Confident telephone manner and strong level of IT skills, including proficiency in Outlook and Microsoft Office.
- Demonstrated previous experience working in an event planning environment, with a proven track record of success.
- Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
