Customer Service Ambassador

Hilton Worldwide, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Ambassador to join their team at the new Hilton Woking in Victoria Square redevelopment. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to make a positive impact on the guest experience.
About UsWe are a leading hospitality company with a rich history of delivering exceptional service and experiences to our guests. Our hotel offers 189 guest rooms, including 12 exclusive suites, and features three dining outlets, including the lobby bar GLOW, all-dining restaurant OXBO, and chic Sky Bar LOFT.
As a Customer Service Ambassador, you will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service to our guests, responding to their queries and concerns, and ensuring that their stay is memorable and enjoyable.
This role requires flexibility to work a rota basis from Monday to Sunday with a mix of early and late shifts. We require candidates to be flexible to work across the week.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around £11.80 per hour.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as a key point of contact for Guests and efficiently respond to Guest enquiries
- Provide information, advice and booking services for a wide variety of Guest enquiries
- Process and deliver messages for Guests
- Deliver and safely store Guest luggage
- Stay current with all hotel services as well as daily VIP requests and special events
- A positive attitude and good communication skills
- A commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
- Flexibility to respond to a variety of different work situations
- An ability to work on your own and as part of a team
