About the RoleThis is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a high degree of expertise, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused approach. As a key member of our Corporate Services team, you'll be responsible for managing client relationships, leading audits, and contributing to business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Managing a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of audit services.
- Leading and mentoring a team of auditors, providing constructive feedback, and identifying opportunities for growth and development.
- Collaborating with partners to develop business strategies, identify new revenue streams, and expand our service offerings.
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Participating in continuous professional development, staying up-to-date with industry trends, and applying best practices to enhance audit quality.
- Possession of a recognized accounting qualification (e.g., ICAEW or ACCA) and extensive experience in audit management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under pressure.
- Experience working with CCH accounts software or similar packages, as well as familiarity with UK GAAP and corporation tax.
- Able to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a customer-focused approach and a commitment to exceptional service.
- A full UK driving license and access to own transport are essential for this role.
Salary: £100,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
