Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Caroola. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving profitable, long-term business growth by nurturing new and existing relationships with construction recruitment agencies and end clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a general strategy across all managed accounts to drive sales activity and growth.
- Build strong relationships at senior levels within client accounts and conduct face-to-face and video meetings with consultants and managers to foster growth.
- Work with internal teams to service and grow your agencies/clients, operating from consultant to senior level.
- Identify and pursue business development opportunities and lead generation to expand revenue streams across our range of services.
- Conduct field-based activities to sustain and grow accounts, including working outside of office hours to organise and attend networking events.
- Preferred experience in the industry or recruitment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective time management to ensure timely execution of all duties.
- Demonstrated ability to create and implement account plans.
- Solid commercial awareness and adeptness in negotiating with our agency partners.
- Experience in presenting to customers at various levels, including senior positions.
- Possess a positive, can-do attitude.
- Holidays - 25 days off plus Bank Holidays to reach a maximum of 29.
