Residential Care Worker

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent qualification
  • Experience working with children and young people, preferably in a residential setting
  • Ability to demonstrate empathy, patience, and understanding when working with vulnerable individuals
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays

We offer a competitive salary of £24,000 - £27,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include 26 days annual leave, plus bank holidays, and access to a Group Personal Pension scheme.
