We are looking for a Technical Customer Support Expert to join our team at Symplicity. As a key member of our product support team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, resolving complex technical issues, and collaborating with internal teams to improve our products and services.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject, experience using HTML and CSS to edit web content, and proficiency in SQL database queries. You should also be adept at technical trouble-shooting and creative problem-solving, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

We require candidates who are proactive, self-motivated, and able to work effectively in a team environment. In return, we offer a competitive annualized salary of £28,000 to £36,000 based on qualifications, 25 working days of holiday entitlement, and a range of company-paid benefit plans.
