Health Care Support Specialist

Kent and Medway NHS and Social Care Partnership Trust is a leading provider of mental health, learning disability, and specialist services. We are seeking an experienced Health Care Support Specialist to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to patients in a medium secure setting. This will involve working closely with the multidisciplinary care team to develop and implement patient care plans.
We offer a competitive salary of £22,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience, and excellent opportunities for professional development.
Main Responsibilities
- Deliver effective and competent levels of care to patients, as determined by their care plan.
- Supervise the care given by band 2 healthcare workers.
- Be fully aware of the needs of patients over a 24hr span of care.
