Job Description:

We are seeking a Resource Controller and Procurement Expert to join our Devon Highways electrical team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing and procuring materials, stock management, fleet/equipment/plant/building compliance, and supporting teams in job and supplier coordination.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective stock control processes to ensure accurate tracking and accountability.
  • Coordinate transport servicing/maintenance bookings to meet vehicle operational needs in the Devon area.
  • Maintain building maintenance and compliance records to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with clients, operatives, and sub-contractors to deliver successful programs.
  • Assist in training coordination and develop HERs/NERs portfolios.
  • Utilize asset logging or other database systems to optimize material management processes.
Requirements:
  1. Hold a valid forklift license and possess operating experience.
  2. Demonstrate expertise in supply chain and sub-contractor coordination.
  3. Have experience in building management and maintenance.
  4. Be proficient in using general accounting software for raising orders.

This role comes with a salary of up to £29,000 per annum.
