NHS Devon Integrated Care Board is seeking highly skilled professionals to join its team as Independent Non-Executive Members (INEMs). As an INEM, you will play a vital role in working alongside the Chair, executive directors, and partner members to ensure the delivery of exceptional outcomes for the population of Devon.

The estimated salary for this position is £70,000 - £90,000 per annum. Your remuneration will depend on your skills, experience, and qualifications.

About the Role

We are looking for individuals who can bring independent and respectful challenge to the plans, aims, and priorities of the ICB. As an INEM, you will promote open and transparent decision-making that facilitates consensus and drives our strategic vision through partnerships. You will focus on putting the patient and service user first and making the best use of our collective resources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Chair, executive directors, and partner members to achieve the objectives of the ICB.
  • Promote open and transparent decision-making processes.
  • Drive the strategic vision of the ICB through effective partnership working.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with key partners.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the ICB.
