Swim Instructor

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team at Nuffield Health. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering safe and effective swimming lessons to our customers, promoting water safety and confidence in the water.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality swimming lessons to individuals and groups of all ages and abilities
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the needs of our customers
  • Provide feedback and guidance to customers to help them improve their swimming skills
  • Work collaboratively with other instructors and staff to ensure a smooth and efficient service
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new programs and initiatives

Requirements:

  • ASA Level 2 or equivalent qualification in swimming instruction
  • Experience of teaching swimming to individuals and groups of all ages and abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
