Swim Instructor Opportunity

We're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team at Nuffield Health's Gloucester Gym. As a Swim Teacher, you'll be responsible for delivering safe and effective swimming lessons to our customers, promoting memberships and working collaboratively with colleagues to improve teaching programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage and inspire members of all ages to achieve their swimming goals
  • Deliver one-to-one lessons or group classes, making the most of every opportunity to help people learn and develop
  • Be a positive role model with a fun and engaging approach, promoting memberships and explaining the advantages of our facilities
  • Promote memberships by explaining the benefits of our facilities and services
  • Work on an ad-hoc basis, with flexible hours to suit the needs of the business and your availability
