Swim Instructor

We're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team at Nuffield Health's Gloucester Gym. As a Swim Instructor, you'll be responsible for delivering safe and effective swimming lessons to our customers, promoting a fun and engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver swimming lessons for customers of all ages and abilities
  • Develop and maintain a positive and supportive learning environment
  • Monitor and assess customer progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance
  • Collaborate with colleagues to improve teaching programs and achieve targets
  • Promote memberships and explain the benefits of our facilities

About You:

We're looking for someone with a confident and approachable manner, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching swimming. You'll need to have an ASA Level 2 or equivalent qualification and experience of coaching swimmers of all ages and abilities.
