Swim Instructor Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team at Nuffield Health. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering safe and effective swimming lessons to our customers.
About the Role
- Deliver high-quality swimming lessons to individuals and groups
- Develop and implement lesson plans to meet the needs of our customers
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for our members
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
- Contribute to the development and implementation of swimming programs and initiatives
Requirements
- ASA Level 2 or equivalent qualification in swimming instruction
- Experience of coaching swimmers of all ages and abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends
