Aquatic Educator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Aquatic Educator to join our team at Nuffield Health Gloucester Gym. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering safe and effective swimming lessons to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage and inspire members of all ages to achieve their swimming goals
  • Deliver one-to-one lessons or group classes
  • Be a positive role model with a fun and engaging approach
  • Promote memberships by explaining the advantages of our facilities

Working with Us

As a Swim Instructor at Nuffield Health, you will work on a bank contract, which means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week. You will work on an ad-hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.
