Nuffield Health is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team at our Gloucester Gym. As a Swim Instructor, you will play a vital role in providing safe and effective swimming lessons to our customers.

About the Role

  • Deliver high-quality swimming lessons to individuals of all ages and abilities
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to meet the needs of our customers
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve targets and improve teaching programs
  • Provide excellent customer service and promote memberships to our facilities

Requirements

To be successful as a Swim Instructor, you will need:

  • An ASA Level 2 or equivalent qualification in swimming instruction

  • A positive and enthusiastic approach to teaching and learning
