Job Description

Talent Engineering seeks an experienced Electronics Design Engineer to join our team. As an Electronics Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing electronic circuits, firmware, and software for lighting systems used in military environments.

You will work on new design projects and support existing production. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Designing electronic circuits, firmware, and software using Altium Designer software
  2. Simulating and verifying electronic circuit designs
  3. Laying out printed circuit boards (PCBs)
  4. Developing firmware in C
  5. Ensuring compliance with EMI/EMC specifications
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in Electronic Engineering or similar
  • At least 5 years' experience in hardware design within a relevant industry
  • Strong knowledge of analogue and digital design, including microprocessors/microcontrollers
  • Firmware development in C
  • Knowledge of design for Military/Avionics applications, including EMI/EMC specifications
Salary and Benefits

Estimated salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, dependent on experience
