About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Regional Workforce Transformation Fellow. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of a multiprofessional workforce in London, with a focus on maximising learning and development opportunities, educator development, and patient pathways to drive improvement and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support specialties in identifying workforce needs in response to expansion and distribution
  • Support the development of the medical workforce, including locally employed doctors, SAS, and the educator workforce
  • Analyse existing data and evidence on existing and transformative workforce, acting as an expert collaborator for individual Trusts
  • Work with Trust clinical and education leads and with ICS workforce boards to define and plan the implementation of potential solutions
  • Champion the workforce transformation tools (FasterClass, STAR, CLEAR, distribution Toolkit) to providers
  • Attend meetings and provide updates on workforce transformation projects within specialties
