We are seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Deputy Manager at our Children's Home in the North West of England. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting and caring for our young people, while also overseeing the effective implementation of care and independence programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and care for our young people
- Oversee the effective implementation of care and independence programmes
- Manage shift patterns on a rota basis
- Line manage a small staff team
Requirements:
- A Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People
- Experience in residential childcare
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
