Deputy Manager Position in the North West

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to join our team as a Deputy Manager at our Children's Home in the North West. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of the young people we support.
The Deputy Manager will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care are met, managing staff, and contributing to the overall success of the home.
We estimate the salary for this position to be around £32,000-£37,000 per annum, depending on experience.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in a relevant field (e.g. social work, child psychology)
- Experience working in residential childcare
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
