Respiratory Medicine Consultant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Medicine Consultant to join our dynamic team at York and Scarborough Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Respiratory department, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our sub-specialty interests.

Our Respiratory Medicine department is committed to providing excellent patient care and is well-equipped to support a wide range of sub-specialties, including Lung Cancer, Cystic Fibrosis, Sleep and NIV, Interstitial Lung Disease, COPD, and community respiratory care. We are particularly keen to hear from candidates with an interest in Lung Cancer, but we welcome applications from those with a variety of sub-specialty interests.

As a Respiratory Medicine Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert clinical care to patients, leading multidisciplinary teams, and contributing to the development of our department's clinical services. You will also have the opportunity to participate in teaching and training, as well as contribute to the development of our department's research and innovation agenda.
