About the Role

The York and Scarborough Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Respiratory Medicine Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for assessing patients in their own home environment and working collaboratively with colleagues to devise holistic management plans.

Main Responsibilities

  • Triage referrals and carry out comprehensive geriatric assessments
  • Perform diagnostics and create treatment plans
  • Refer to specialty colleagues as appropriate

Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
  • Ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken English
  • Experience of working in multidisciplinary teams
