Pediatric Community Care Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Paediatric Nurse to join our team as a Community Paediatric Nurse. This role offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity to provide high-quality care to children and their families in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing direct nursing care to children in the community
- Working closely with families to develop personalised care plans
- Partnering with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
- Ensuring accurate record-keeping and reporting
- Managing your own caseload, demonstrating excellent time management and organisational skills

The ideal candidate will have:
- Competency with IV therapies
- A Registered Nurse qualification with a paediatric specialty
- Previous experience in a community nursing role
- A valid driver's license
