Job Title: Paediatric Community Nurse

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Paediatric Community Nurse to join our team at Thornbury Community Services. As an 'Outstanding' CQC-rated care provider, we deliver bespoke care and support to young people, enabling them to stabilise at home and achieve personal goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care and support to children with complex needs in their own homes.
  • Work closely with families to develop and implement individualised care plans.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 months' UK experience in paediatric complex care.
  • Tracheostomy care and suctioning, tracheostomy tube change, ventilation via tracheostomy, and ventilation via a mask skills.
  • Availability for last-minute shifts on an as-and-when basis.
