About the Role

We are seeking a Paediatric Community Nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality care to children and young people in their own homes. As a member of our team, you will work closely with our clients and their families to provide bespoke care and support, enabling them to achieve their personal goals and live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care and support to children and young people with complex needs in their own homes.
  • Work closely with our clients and their families to develop and implement individual care plans.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 12 months' experience in the UK working with children and young people with complex needs.
  • Tracheostomy care and suctioning, tracheostomy tube change, ventilation via tracheostomy, and ventilation via a mask skills.
  • Availability for last-minute shifts on an ad hoc basis.
