Children's Emotional Well-being Coach

We are looking for a highly skilled Emotional Literacy Support Assistant (ELSA) to join our team at Ribbons & Reeves Limited in Wandsworth. As an ELSA, you will work closely with students to support their emotional development and provide one-to-one or small group interventions for children experiencing emotional, social, or behavioural challenges.
Responsibilities:- Provide emotional and social support to individual students or small groups
- Deliver tailored ELSA interventions to enhance emotional well-being and resilience
- Work collaboratively with class teachers and SENCO to track and assess student progress
- Support students with developing key skills in emotional regulation, communication, and social interaction
- Liaise with parents, carers, and outside agencies to ensure the best possible support for students
The successful candidate will have experience working with children in a school setting, ideally as an ELSA or in a similar role. A strong understanding of child development and emotional literacy is essential, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
