As a Healthy Communities Instructor, you will play a key role in setting up and managing sustainable projects that deliver measurable impact for the community. Your focus will be on tackling health inequalities and promoting wellbeing in local contract areas.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing Healthy Communities projects that align with our mission and values
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure effective project delivery and monitoring
  • Delivering specific Healthy community programs, such as Exercise Referral and falls prevention, in line with relevant training and qualifications

Requirements:

  • Qualified instructor in a relevant discipline, with experience in planning, delivering, and monitoring sessions
  • Passion for improving the health and wellbeing of local communities
  • Ability to use MS tools and collaborate with stakeholders
