About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Healthy Communities Project Manager to join our team at Places Leisure. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for setting up and managing a range of sustainable Healthy Communities projects/programmes that deliver measurable impact for the community.
Key Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with the Area Healthy Communities manager to create, implement, and review the Healthy Communities plan reflecting the needs of the local communities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key health and wellbeing partner groups related to Active Partnerships, the NHS, the Local Authority, VCSE etc.
- Ensure that all projects/programmes are aligned with the company's vision and values.
Requirements
- Multiple qualifications in a range of disciplines such as; Level 3 Personal Trainer, Level 3 Exercise Referral, Level 4 Gym, Level 2 NGB Coaching, Bachelor's Degree, Masters or equivalent experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
