Community Support Worker

We are seeking an enthusiastic Community Enablement Worker to join our Specialist Support for Younger Adults team at Northamptonshire Sport. This exciting opportunity involves supporting customers aged 18-65 with physical and learning needs in their homes.
About the Role
This is a part-time position, working weekends only (Saturdays and Sundays), evening shifts, and can have a part-time or relief contract. You will be required to work a fixed term of 18 Months with possible extension. As a valued member of our team, you will receive enhanced pay for working evenings, Saturdays, and Sundays. In addition, you will enjoy 28 days holiday, rising to 33 after 5 years, and participate in a pension scheme and generous leave entitlement. Our agile working arrangements and healthy work-life balance ensure that you can maintain a good balance between your personal and professional life.
Your Responsibilities
You will assist customers with daily tasks, medication, and risk assessments. To be successful in this role, you should possess the Care Certificate, Level 2 in Health and Social Care, and experience in health or care work. Your primary goal will be to provide high-quality support to our customers, ensuring they live active, fulfilled lives. We offer flexible part-time contracts with shift patterns, mainly Tuesday, Wednesday, and weekend working. The location of this role is Da Vinci Court, Wellingborough, United Kingdom. We estimate the salary for this position to be around £25,000 per year.
