Community Manager for a Traditional Village Pub

A unique opportunity to become the Community Manager of our traditional village pub, nestled in the heart of Chelveston. With over 300 years of history, this stone-built pub is an integral part of the local community and offers a chance to build on its centuries-old reputation.

The RoleAs our Community Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the high standards of customer service, ensuring the pub remains a hub of community activity, and driving sales through effective marketing and promotions. Your key objectives will be to:
- Foster strong relationships with regular customers and newcomers alike, providing personalized attention and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase foot traffic and sales, leveraging the pub's existing reputation and brand identity.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, profits, and customer feedback, using this data to inform business decisions and drive growth.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A proven track record in customer-facing roles, preferably in the hospitality or retail sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse groups of people.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in managing sales data and customer feedback.
