We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Strategist to join our team at Verto People, based in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire.
The successful candidate will be responsible for executing the central marketing plan and leading multi-channel marketing initiatives to drive lead generation, new customer acquisition, and customer retention.
You will work closely with the UK sales and production management teams to develop marketing packages aligned with our company strategy and use CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) with email marketing platforms to execute promotional, direct marketing, and advertising campaigns.
Key responsibilities include designing and implementing marketing campaigns, maintaining campaign data in CRM, using Adobe CC and Canva, providing copy-editing and formatting services, organising production of major marketing materials, and generating contacts for sales teams.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Marketing Manager or Specialist, with expertise in digital, traditional, and social marketing, as well as a marketing qualification. They must also be familiar with CRM and email marketing platforms, have experience with direct and indirect marketing, and possess excellent communication skills.
We offer a competitive salary of £42,000 - £47,000 depending on experience, plus benefits including 24 days holiday plus bank holidays rising to 26 after 2 years, private medical after 12 months, and pension – 5%.
