We are seeking a skilled Marketing Strategist to join our team at Northampton Business Directory. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create data-driven marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform campaign development.
  • Manage and execute multi-channel marketing initiatives, including social media, email, and event marketing.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and agencies to ensure effective collaboration.
  • Provide creative content and copywriting services to support marketing efforts.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance to inform future strategy.
Requirements:
  1. Fluent English language skills.
  2. Proven experience in digital marketing and campaign management.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Estimated Salary: £45K per annum

Benefits: 24 Days holiday (rising to 26), birthday off, private medical, death in service.
