About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our client's team in Hammersmith. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant, maintaining high standards of service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the management team in the daily running of the restaurant, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Lead a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and sales targets.
  • Monitor and control labor costs, inventory, and supplies to maintain profitability.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement, loyalty, and retention.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the restaurant's brand and offerings.
  • Conduct regular staff training and performance evaluations to ensure high standards of service and quality.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a management or supervisory role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Experience in high-volume, upscale restaurants, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • A true passion for food, hospitality, and customer service, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
