About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven National Account Executive to join our Sales team at Lotus Bakeries. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing business plans with key customers across multiple channels, ensuring sales of our products are maximised at key trading periods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage P&L of assigned accounts and deliver value, volume and profit targets.
  • Build cross-functional relationships with key customer contacts, including buying, supply, trade planners and shopper marketing.
  • Work closely with the Senior National Account Manager to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Monitor and analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with the supply and operations teams to ensure accurate customer forecasts.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Results-driven with a proven track record of delivering business results.
  • Numerate with a strong understanding of P&L's and margins.
  • Strong selling skills with the ability to win and influence buyers and internal teams.
  • Excellent organisational, written and verbal communication skills.
  • A self-starter with a passion for retail and food, always looking out for new trends and opportunities.
  • A natural relationship builder with a collaborative attitude.
  • Educated to degree level.
