The Team & the Role

We are seeking a talented CRM and Data Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing Team in London. This role is perfect for an ambitious individual who is looking to challenge themselves in a role that combines data-driven thinking and marketing creativity at a high-growth startup.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to engage and retain customers throughout their lifecycle using data-driven approaches.
  • Leverage customer insights to personalize marketing campaigns and devise A/B and multivariate experiments.
  • Establish performance benchmarks and analyze campaign performance, running tests to optimize them further to improve business KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the Copy and Design teams to create marketing materials that comply with our brand's visual identity and tone of voice.
  • Work with the Product team to ensure marketing activities are aligned with commercial objectives and latest developments.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of how to measure the impact of marketing efforts by looking at data and the ability to learn how to use various analytics tools.
  • Creative and innovative thinking, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Experience using CRM tools (Mailchimp, Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.) is a plus.
  • Strong interest in the financial industry and customer engagement.
