CRM and Data Marketing Role

Are you a skilled email marketer and copywriter with experience in creating B2C communications within a retail environment?

This exciting opportunity is with a nationwide retailer of top-quality art and craft materials, partnering with leading brands, galleries, and institutions across the UK.

The Role

The CRM and Data Marketing Specialist will be a key member of the marketing team, creatively communicating with customers and testing new ideas to engage and drive revenue.

You will:

  1. Collaborate with Buying & Merchandising, Digital, Retail, and Marketing teams to ensure campaigns are prepared on time and filled with engaging content.
  2. Support and shape exciting initiatives and projects, including automated customer lifecycle programmes.
  3. Manage the customer database and utilise features of the CRM platform to increase personalisation and send more relevant communications.
  4. Propose new or creative testing initiatives to increase customer engagement and drive sales.

This role is based in North London, with hybrid working (3 days per week in the office).

Requirements

The successful applicant will be a competent and creative email marketer and skilled copywriter with experience of creating B2C communications, ideally within a retail business.

You will also:

  1. Have experience working with an email service provider (ESP) or customer data platform (CDP).
  2. Be results-driven and comfortable working to commercial targets.
  3. Be comfortable using Excel and compiling accurate reporting.
