Drive User Retention and Growth as a CRM Director

The CRM team at Deliveroo is responsible for developing and executing highly personalized lifecycle and bespoke campaigns across multiple touchpoints. As CRM Director, you will lead a team of CRM specialists to drive user retention and growth, while partnering with our tech team to develop a scalable CRM platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of CRM specialists to achieve business goals
  • Strategize and execute initiatives to grow the base of users opted-in to CRM
  • Partner with technology teams on the underlying CRM platform and tools to drive scale and improve operational efficiency
  • Monitor and analyze engagement and other key metrics to identify opportunities for growth
  • Communicate CRM insights and performance metrics to stakeholders across the organization
Requirements:
  • Relevant CRM leadership experience in high-growth consumer-focused businesses
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful CRM campaigns and experiences
  • Strong understanding of CRM technology platforms, tools, and best practices. Experience working with Braze is a bonus
  • Excellent analytical skills and financial acumen with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
