CRM Account Director

We are seeking an experienced Account Director to lead our CRM services across a group of telecom accounts, including VodafoneZiggo and Virgin Media. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality CRM services, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of Account Managers and Executives in delivering CRM services to clients
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve client satisfaction
- Manage and deliver projects from briefing to deployment, including post-campaign performance reporting
- Collaborate with internal departments to extract detailed requirements for data-driven campaigns and ad-hoc projects
- Provide insights and recommendations to clients based on data analysis and campaign performance
- At least 4 years of agency experience in a client-facing role, preferably digital or integrated
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality CRM services and driving business growth
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide insights
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant tools
