Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Revenue Growth Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth, maximize customer lifetime value, and optimize our pricing and reward strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Optimize the New Customer Funnel
    • Work closely with our digital team to optimize the new customer funnel for effective monetization and retention that aligns with our customers' needs.
  • Own the Customer Cross-Sell Strategy
    • Research and execute a strategy that allows for successful cross-sell across our propositions at the right time for our customers.
  • Drive Customer Lifetime Value (LTV)
    • Serve as the global expert on customer lifetime value, both predicted and actual, to identify challenges, seize opportunities, and forecast performance with precision.
  • Optimize Reward Strategies
    • Support our global reward strategy to maximize ROI through effective monetization and retention initiatives.
  • Enhance Pricing Strategies
    • Develop a deep understanding of customer price sensitivity to challenge and refine our pricing strategy.
  • Support Merchandising Teams
    • Collaborate with local merch teams to maximize upsell opportunities onsite, driving increased value.
  • Deliver Global Monetization Roadmap
    • Oversee the global monetization roadmap, ensuring alignment with company OKRs and the Digital business unit.
  • Foster Knowledge Sharing
    • Create and nurture a culture of knowledge sharing across local markets, celebrating wins, learning from failures, and identifying new opportunities.
  • Champion Innovation
    • Advocate for share of wallet (SOW) and customer monetization, encouraging innovative ideas from all areas of the business.
