Job Title: Graduate Business Systems Analyst

Join the Window Systems Division as a Graduate Business Systems Analyst and contribute to the success of our team.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to support the administration of key business systems within our organization. As a Graduate Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for providing first-line support, coordinating second-line support with third-party vendors, and managing third-party support contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 1st line support for business systems, including ERP, Warehouse Management System, Time & Attendance System, and Group VAT Reporting.
  • Coordinate 2nd line support with third-party vendors to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Manage third-party support contracts, including monitoring of Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Develop and promote the use of business systems within the organization.
  • Write data reports using System Report Writing Tools and SSRS.
  • Provide user training and support.
  • Project manage system enhancements.
Requirements
  • BSc/BA degree in Accounting, Management, Finance, Mathematics, Business Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Software Engineering.
  • Microsoft Business Central ERP support and administration experience.
  • SQL Server administration experience.
  • Experience in Manufacturing, Sales & Distribution operations.
  • MS Office 365 Office Apps, Outlook/Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive.
  • Cyber security awareness.
  • Project Management.
  • User training.
  • Creating technical documentation.
  • Experience in Process/Change management.
  • Full Driving License.
