We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team at Hunter Selection Limited. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in identifying company improvements, analyzing processes, and developing solutions to present to department heads and the Senior Management Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to enhance company performance.
  • Analyze business processes and develop recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with department heads and the Senior Management Team to implement process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and GDPR requirements.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong analytical background and data analysis competencies, including PowerBI.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with accounting practices.
  • Recently qualified, part qualified, or qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA accountant.
