The Role

As a Business Analyst, you'll be responsible for performing strategic business analysis to understand, predict, and enhance procurement and supply chain processes and performance. You'll assemble data, analyze performance, create business reporting, and provide actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manipulate, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights
  • Provide analytical support for projects, new business opportunities, and proposals as required to support internal and customer requirements
  • Support the output of a risk analysis against the delivery forecast, to be presented to the customer and key internal stakeholders
  • Support the production of agreed model tracking Gainshare savings and obtaining monthly signoff with both internal and external parties

Essential Experience:

  • Experience in a supply chain background
  • Good understanding of business analysis principles, tools, and techniques, evidenced through extensive practical experience
  • Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills, including experience of developing data models, management information, and giving presentations
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including its analytical functions
  • An ability to develop and sustain relationships with individuals at all levels in an organization

Qualifications:

  • A degree, relevant professional qualification (NVQ 4, HND, Graduate Diploma, BTEC, PG Dip) or have relevant business analyst experience in a large, complex organization

Security Clearance:

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
