We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nurse to join our team at Fresenius Medical Care. As a Renal Dialysis Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to patients with chronic kidney disease or acute kidney injury.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and develop individualized care plans for patients undergoing dialysis
- Administer dialysis treatments and monitor patients' vital signs
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
