We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Renal Dialysis Unit as a Nurse Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our dialysis services.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and develop care plans for patients with chronic kidney disease or acute kidney injury
- Deliver holistic care to patients undergoing dialysis, including technical and emotional support
- Work autonomously to manage patient care, with support from the multidisciplinary team
- Participate in the development and implementation of new care initiatives and policies
